Here are 3 key takeaways from the event:
BE ORIGINAL // While re-pinning others content is a great way to show your taste, content that you create and distribute is favored by Pinterest. The same goes for boards. Focus your time and energy on your own exclusive content.
BE DISCOVERABLE // The more detailed your descriptions can be the better. Think SEO when writing Pin descriptions and touch on topics both broad and specific. You can use up to 20 hashtags to help people find your Pins. Unlike descriptions, hashtags should be broad (i.e. #springfashion not #polkadotmaxiskirt).
BE CONSISTENT // Pinterest rewards consistency over volume, so having a routine schedule will pay off on this platform. Instead of posting many times in one day, choose to post twice a day, everyday. Use a scheduling too, like Tailwind, to help with this.
