As an influencer platform, our aim is to support content creators in using their own voices. Today we must use ours. 

We stand with the Black community. We are committed to ending racism and demanding accountability, including looking inwards to ensure that all of our practices as a company are not just inclusive, but proactively anti-racist. 

We encourage you to use your voice as a platform for good and for change. As a community that has the opportunity to do so, you can be an active part of the solution.

The ShopStyle Collective team is committed to supporting diversity and inclusiveness within the influencer marketing space. We want to be a continued resource for our influencers in the on-going conversation. As such, we are actively looking into ways to help our community through education, community forums, press, campaign practices, and technology. We are also taking a deeper look inward at ways to improve our own diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
