
We received a notice from a few retailer partners around a recently uncovered discrepancy in their reporting.
Coach Retail & Outlet (US & CA), Kate Spade Main & Surprise, and Stuart Weitzman (US & CA) discovered that orders from 9/23/2022 to 11/30/2022 were reporting commission from the total cost before the discount was applied, instead of reporting the actual cost the customer paid after the discount was applied. This has resulted in an overpayment that will start being corrected over the next week. You may see these corrections come through the ShopStyle Collective dashboard similar to returns/reversals, with a negation of the overpayment.
