NYFW: Social House Fall 2016 #SSSocialHouse

For the last few seasons of NYFW, PFW, and LFW, we’ve hosted Social House — a place where our Collective influencers network with one another, mingle with brands, get dolled up, and leave with fun goodies to get them through Fashion Week. This event has grown so much and it was very apparent last week in NYC, with over 450 guests dispersed over two levels of chic, high-rise Manhattan loft space. Brands like BaubleBar, R+Co, Hallmark, GiGi NY, Yumi Kim, Vestiaire Collective, and Neiman Marcus helped make this event such a success, along with the artists we commissioned to create our beautiful art installation. But really we couldn’t have done it without the help and direction of our amazing events team! It was one for the books, and we can’t wait for next year!

ALEX AND ANI is recognized by bloggers everywhere, and it is doing even more to get on our radar. This weekend, A&A launched its LIBERTY COPPER Collection — it features original copper preserved from the centennial restoration of the Statue of Liberty! The collection is a true celebration of light, love, and liberty. Not only is it a new collection but also a movement — which is where #CARRYLIGHT comes into play.

Update: New Addition to the Collective Dashboard

We’re always looking to improve our resources so we can help you leverage your brand and Power Your Passion. Today, we’re excited to announce a major update to the Collective analytics dashboard! The Trended Data section now displays earnings by tool type (e.g. Text Links, Product Widgets, Collections, Emoticode, etc.).

This update gives you more visibility into earnings and will allow you to optimize the content you’re creating across all platforms by seeing what your followers really respond to. That way you can give them more of what they want. For example, we will now give you the earnings breakdown on Collections, Emoticode, and Product Widgets so you can see which of these you’re earning the most on and leverage that knowledge to utilize whichever tool is doing best for you.

Here’s a breakdown of all the Trend Line items now listed on your dashboard.

  • All = Sum of all orders, clicks, and earnings from every click you’re driving through Collective
  • Collections = Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs on Collections embedded on your blog
  • ShopStyle Shop = (coming soon!) Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs on Looks syndicated to your ShopStyle page 
    • Please note, all shares of Look pages to social media (including FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Emoticode, etc.) will fall into this bucket!
  • Emoticode = Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs to products from Emoticodes created in the Collective mobile app
  • Product Widgets = Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs on Product Widgets embedded on your blog
  • Text Links = Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs on text links embedded on your blog or shared directly to social
  • Video = Orders, clicks, and earnings from click throughs on YouTube videos made with our Taggled tool
