Learn where to find performance data and commissions information, and use this to enhance your merchandising strategy.
Click Date: Viewing your dashboard under Click Date will display your analytics based on the date shoppers clicked on products in your links, widgets, looks, and collections. Aligning data with clicks was significantly more important with our PPC program because of the emphasis on click performance.
Click Date data is still very useful for merchandising. It informs on what visitors to your site are immediately interested in as you’re posting content. For example, you may see that visitors and shoppers are interested in a certain trend (they’re clicking through to view the product), but are not converting into sales. This might be a result of a high price point, and as an influencer, you could provide alternative brands, styles, or options to increase the conversion rate.
In the future, this will also provide further insights when we build out new features like letting visitors and shoppers save items for later.
Order Date: Viewing your dashboard under the Order Date will display your analytics based on the date an order for a product was actually placed–the transaction date. Aligning data with orders is significantly more important with our CPA program. Payments via CPA rely on actual transaction information to credit you for your hard work.
The credit or commission you earn from orders as reported in the Order Date dashboard will accrue as “confirmed earnings” once the retailers return window has closed (in some cases, this may take as long as 60 days from the order date). Once the commissions have been validated as confirmed earnings, they will become payable to you in the following payment cycle.
